Explosion Protection

The Flamex^® spark detection and extinguishing system detects and extinguishes a spark or burning ember in 300 milliseconds. This rapid detection and suppression will save the dust filter or collection bin upstream from destruction caused by fire.

High speed infra red detectors that actually count sparks can quickly actuate a suppression system that utilizes water, CO2 or other extinguishing agent of choice to effectively protect the operating plant from fires and explosions.
